This Privacy Policy explains how iLA Soft Co., Ltd. collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use idolLiveAudio, idolliveaudio.com, account services, downloads, licensing, updates, Preset Store, Producer Portal, and related services.
1. Information we collect
- Account information such as display name, email address, account status, email confirmation status, and security metadata.
- License and device information such as license status, activated devices, app-generated device identifiers, app version, operating system, activation time, and heartbeat status.
- Technical information such as app version, audio configuration, system details, error logs, crash reports, and diagnostics used to improve reliability.
- Compatibility information scanned by iLA Nexus: PC configuration; the names, technical identifiers, and driver versions of soundcards, audio interfaces, audio endpoints/ASIO; and the names, formats, vendors, versions, and installation locations of audio plugins detected in scanned plugin folders.
- Usage information such as downloads, update checks, Preset Store, KaraKey, Producer Portal activity, and basic analytics.
- Support information such as ticket messages, screenshots, attachments, and details you choose to send to support.
- Payment information such as order status and payment method. We do not intentionally store full payment card numbers on our own servers.
2. How we use information
We use information to operate accounts, issue licenses, activate devices, provide downloads and updates, respond to support requests, detect fraud or abuse, improve the product, send service notices, and comply with legal obligations.
Plugin inventory is metadata used for compatibility, installation, and support. iLA Nexus does not use this scan to collect music, recordings, DAW projects, presets, documents, passwords, payment-card data, or audio content processed by plugins.
